Janvika’s Sprouted Multigrain & Millet Mix is prepared using carefully selected naturally sprouted millets, pulses and seeds under hygienic conditions.
Sprouting improves nutrient absorption and makes the mix easier to digest. It is rich in protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals, making it an excellent daily nutrition choice for babies, kids and adults.
This mix contains no preservatives, no additives and no artificial colors or flavors. It is 100% natural and homemade.

1. SPROUTED MULTIGRAIN UGGU / BABY PORRIDGE
Ingredients:
* 100 ml water
* 2–3 tablespoons Sprouted Multigrain & Millet Mix
* Ghee, as required
Method:
Mix the flour with 100 ml water until lump-free. Cook on low heat for 5–10 minutes, stirring continuously, until a smooth and suitable consistency is achieved. Add a little ghee before serving.
For babies, salt and other seasonings should be added according to the baby's age and dietary requirements.
2. SPROUTED MULTIGRAIN JAVA / PORRIDGE
Ingredients:
* 200 ml water
* 2–3 tablespoons Sprouted Multigrain & Millet Mix
* Ghee, pepper and salt, as required
Method:
Mix the flour with a little normal water until lump-free. Add to 200 ml water and cook on low to medium heat for 5–10 minutes, stirring continuously, until the desired consistency is achieved. Add ghee, pepper, or salt according to taste.
Optional:
Dates powder may be added for a naturally sweet version.
3. SPROUTED MULTIGRAIN VEGETABLE SOUP
Ingredients:
* 300 ml water
* 3–4 tablespoons Sprouted Multigrain & Millet Mix
* Vegetables of your choice
* Ghee, salt and pepper, as required
Method:
Add vegetables of your choice and lightly sauté them in a little ghee. Add 300 ml water. Separately mix the multigrain mix with some normal water until lump-free, then add it to the vegetables. Cook on medium heat for 5–10 minutes until the desired soup consistency is achieved.
Optional:
Dates powder may be added for a naturally sweet version.
4. SPROUTED MULTIGRAIN IDLI & DOSA
Sprouted Multigrain & Millet Mix can be used as a rice replacement in Idli or Dosa batter.
Method:
Soak 1 cup urad dal and use 2 cups of Sprouted Multigrain & Millet Mix as a rice replacement. Add a little poha for extra softness, if preferred. Grind into a smooth batter and ferment overnight. The next morning, use the fermented batter to prepare soft Idlis or Dosas.
5. SPROUTED MULTIGRAIN ROTI
Method:
Gradually add warm or hot water to the required quantity of Sprouted Multigrain & Millet Mix and knead into a smooth, soft dough. Shape using a roti maker or suitable pressing method and cook on a hot tawa.
These rotis can be prepared in a traditional millet-roti style.
