How to prepare

MULTIPLE WAYS TO ENJOY

1. SPROUTED MILLET UGGU / BABY PORRIDGE

Ingredients:
* 80 ml water
* 2–3 tablespoons Sprouted Millet Mix
* Ghee, as required

Method:
Mix the flour with 80 ml water until lump-free. Cook on low heat for 5–10 minutes, stirring continuously, until a smooth and suitable consistency is achieved. Add a little ghee before serving.


2. SPROUTED MILLET JAVA / PORRIDGE

Ingredients:
* 200 ml water
* 3–4 tablespoons Sprouted Millet Mix
* Ghee, salt and pepper, as required

Method:
Mix the flour with a little normal water until lump-free. Add to 200 ml water and cook on low to medium heat for 5–10 minutes, stirring continuously, until the desired consistency is achieved. Add ghee, salt, or pepper according to taste.

Optional:
Dates powder may be added for a naturally sweet version.


3. SPROUTED MILLET VEGETABLE SOUP

Ingredients:
* 300 ml water
* 3–4 tablespoons Sprouted Millet Mix
* Vegetables of your choice
* Ghee, salt and pepper, as required

Method:
Add vegetables of your choice and lightly sauté them in a little ghee. Add 300 ml water. Separately mix the millet mix with some normal water until lump-free, then add it to the vegetables. Cook on medium heat for 5–10 minutes until the desired soup consistency is achieved.

Optional:
Dates powder may be added for a naturally sweet version.


4. SPROUTED MILLET IDLI & DOSA

Sprouted Millet Mix can be used as a rice replacement in Idli or Dosa batter.

Method:
Soak 1 cup urad dal and use 2 cups of Sprouted Millet Mix as a rice replacement. Add a little poha for extra softness, if preferred. Grind into a smooth batter and ferment overnight. The next morning, use the fermented batter to prepare soft Idlis or Dosas.


5. SPROUTED MILLET ROTI

Method:
Gradually add warm or hot water to the required quantity of Sprouted Millet Mix and knead into a smooth, soft dough. Shape using a roti maker or suitable pressing method and cook on a hot tawa.

These rotis can be prepared in a traditional millet-roti style.

* Refrigeration is recommended after opening for longer freshness.
