1. PROTEIN + WEIGHT GAIN UGGU / BABY PORRIDGE
Ingredients:
* 100 ml water
* 2–3 tablespoons Protein + Weight Gain Uggu
* Ghee, as required
Method:
1. Take 100 ml of water in a saucepan.
2. Mix 2–3 tablespoons of Protein + Weight Gain Uggu with the water, ensuring there are no lumps.
3. Cook on low to medium heat for 5–10 minutes, stirring continuously.
4. Cook until a smooth and thick porridge consistency is achieved.
5. Turn off the heat and add a little ghee before serving.
2. PROTEIN + WEIGHT GAIN JAVA / PORRIDGE
Ingredients:
* 200 ml water
* 3–4 tablespoons Protein + Weight Gain Uggu
* Ghee, pepper and salt, as required
Method:
1. Take 200 ml of water.
2. Mix 3–4 tablespoons of Protein + Weight Gain Uggu with a little normal water to make a smooth, lump-free mixture.
3. Add the mixture to the remaining water and stir well.
4. Cook on medium heat for 5–10 minutes, stirring continuously.
5. Continue cooking until the desired consistency is achieved.
6. Add ghee, pepper, and salt according to taste and serve warm.
3. PROTEIN + WEIGHT GAIN VEGETABLE SOUP
Ingredients:
* 300 ml water
* 3–4 tablespoons Protein + Weight Gain Uggu
* Vegetables of your choice
* Ghee, salt and pepper, as required
Method:
1. Finely chop or grate your preferred vegetables.
2. Lightly roast the vegetables in a little ghee.
3. Add 300 ml of water and bring it to a boil.
4. Separately mix 3–4 tablespoons of Protein + Weight Gain Uggu with some normal water in a bowl until smooth and lump-free.
5. Slowly add the prepared mixture to the boiling water while stirring continuously.
6. Cook on medium heat for 5–10 minutes, stirring continuously.
7. Cook until the desired soup consistency is achieved.
8. Add ghee, pepper, and salt according to taste and serve warm.
4. PROTEIN + WEIGHT GAIN IDLI & DOSA
Protein + Weight Gain Uggu can be used as a rice replacement in Idli or Dosa batter.
Method:
Soak 1 cup urad dal and use 2 cups of Protein + Weight Gain Uggu as a rice replacement. Add a little poha for extra softness, if preferred. Grind into a smooth batter and ferment overnight. The next morning, use the fermented batter to prepare soft Idlis or Dosas.
